Caring for our community’s children is Anessa's passion. She believes that through focused community collaborations and the use of both traditional and non-traditional treatment modalities, all children can achieve their goals and thrive.
Anessa Holman, PMHNP-BC, APRN (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) has a total of 23 years nursing experience in caring for members of this community. Prior to becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she cared for patients with various Cardiac conditions and in the Intensive Care Unit.
Prior to establishing Future Forward Behavioral Health, Anessa provided psychiatric treatment for children and adolescents in an inpatient mental health hospital setting. During this time, she cared for children in both the acute care and long-term care settings. She specialized in caring for children and adolescents suffering from trauma and those with Neurocognitive Disorders, such as Autism.
